Non-Repairable Pool Cover Issues:
Pool covers are deemed non-repairable if their integrity is compromised to the extent that they no longer meet ASTM Standards, which require the cover to hold at least 485 lbs of weight without failing.
Examples of non-repairable damage include:

Material deterioration: This can be caused by age, chemical exposure, excessive weathering, or extensive wear.

Excessive coping damage along the perimeter or numerous holes.
When a cover is found to be non-repairable, a quote for a replacement cover will be provided.

If a replacement is necessary:

Your original cover will serve as a template to ensure the new cover is manufactured to the most accurate specifications.

Once your new cover is produced, the original template cover will be disposed of at no additional charge.
